WATCHWICK / THE THINKING BEHIND THE WATCHDESK

A store in motion.
A clearer point of view.

Orders, payments, and fulfillment move on different clocks. Watchwick exists to bring the exceptions into focus, with the evidence your team needs to make its next decision.

OUR PURPOSE

Make the next decision clearer.

A paid order awaiting fulfillment. A payment authorization nearing expiry. Stock that needs a closer look. Each deserves context before a team decides what to do.

Watchwick is a focused operational layer for Shopify merchants. It watches for exceptions across orders, fulfillment, payments, refunds, inventory, and prices, then brings related findings into an evidence-backed watchdesk.

The design principle is simple: make the important thing easier to see, the evidence easier to inspect, and the next step easier to choose.

THE STANDARD WE BUILD TOWARD

Clarity has a few ground rules.

Evidence before urgency.

An alert should lead somewhere useful. Watchwick brings related findings into incidents so your team can inspect the records, understand the context, and decide what deserves attention.

Your store. Your decision.

Monitoring is read-only. Watchwick does not change your orders, capture payments, or adjust inventory. Investigation and action stay with the people responsible for the store.

Trust includes the limits.

A signal is a reason to investigate, not a verdict. Data freshness, monitor coverage, and the distinction between estimated value and confirmed results all matter to a useful operational view.

Have a direct conversation

Early-stage. Open to your perspective.

Watchwick is welcoming its first merchant pilots. This is an opportunity to evaluate the product against a real store's workflows and help shape what a useful operational watchdesk should surface.

The product examples on this website are illustrative. As pilots produce results, any published case study will distinguish observed outcomes from estimates and require the merchant's permission.

If a recurring operational question is taking too much of your attention, bring it to a walkthrough. We can discuss what Watchwick currently monitors, its limits, and whether an initial pilot makes sense for your store.
